Road closed in both directions following Denver auto accident

A busy road was closed in both directions as a result of a Denver auto accident, 9 News reports.
The two-car Denver auto accident took place on Hampden Road when a Pontiac and another vehicle collided. The roads were closed because of broken glass from the Denver auto accident.
One person was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the Denver auto accident.
